Technical University-Sofia is the largest educational and scientific complex in Bulgaria in the field of technical and applied sciences, kept within itself the good traditions in higher education laid down by its creators. As the first and largest polytechnic center that helped establish most of the higher technical schools in the country, for 70 years it has defined educational standards and introduced national priorities for the development of engineering education and science.
