The truth about the letters
The voice of scientists, archives, and young people
On the eve of May 24, we are on the borderline between science and politics. Are scientists able to guide us through the myths and truths about letters and the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius? Where and how is their work honored, and is Bulgaria losing out in the translation of history? Will the archives speak, and what do young people want or not want to know?
These are just some of the questions in the third of a series of May meetings on the air of the Hristo Botev program with the participation of: Prof. Dr. Slavia Burlieva and Dr. Evgeni Zasev from the Cyril and Methodius Scientific Center at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, writer Mihail Veshim, Ani Katelyeva and Vladimir Dyulgerov, students at the National High School for Ancient Languages and Cultures.
