Constitutive General Meeting for the establishment of the ASSOCIATION

The founding general meeting will be held on 04.07.2018 at 14:00 in Hall 1, Rectorate building, located at: Sofia, 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. The agenda of the meeting is as follows: 1. adoption of the founding act of the association; 2. adoption of the statutes of the association; 3. election of the association's management bodies; 4. other matters.

Guided by a common interest in implementing the activities under Administrative Contract No. BG05M2OP001-1.001-0001-С01 of 28 February 2018 and in implementation of Project BG05M2OP001-1. 001-0001 for the CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE "HERITAGE BG", funded by the Operational Program "Science and Education for Smart Growth 2014-2020" (OP NSRF), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, we hereby convene

Constitutive General Meeting for the establishment of
ASSOCIATION "CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE "NASLEDSTVO BG".

The founding general meeting will be held on 04.07.2018 at 14:00 in Hall 1, Rectorate building, located at: Sofia, 15 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., with the following draft agenda:

1. Decision on the establishment of a non-profit association "CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE "NASLEDSTVO BG".
2. Adoption of the association's charter.
3. Election of a Management Board.
4. Election of a Supervisory Board.
5. Miscellaneous.

The CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE "NASLEDSTVO BG" will be registered under the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act as an ASSOCIATION for the pursuit of activities for private benefit.
