Seminar "Pilgrimage and Art"

The Institute for Art Studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IAS) is organizing another lecture as part of the seminar "Pilgrimage and Art." This time, the lecturer will be Dr. Sneshka Lakaliska (Museum of the City of Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia). The topic of her lecture is "19TH-CENTURY PALESTINIAN EULOGIES IN THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA."

The event is part of a research project on "Pilgrimage Journeys of Bulgarians in the 18th and 19th Centuries," carried out within the framework of the "Establishment and Development of the Center of Excellence 'Heritage BG'" project.

The lecture will take place on Thursday, February 20, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Institute for Art Studies, located at 21 Krakra Street, Room 1 (Sofia).
