The “Anthropology of Folk Arts and Visual Forms” Section at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Studies with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences invites you to a seminar on “Folk Arts and Cultural Heritage: Interpretations and Challenges.”
The seminar is part of project BG16RFPR002-1.014-0011, “Sustainable Development of the Center of Excellence ‘Heritage BG,’” and will take place on March 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Room 19 at 6a Moskovska Street (Sofia).
During the seminar, the work on an album of photographs of traditional clothing from the late 19th century will be presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Iva Stanoeva, Senior Assistant Prof. Dr. Miglena Ivanova, and Assistant Prof. Ilia Nikolov.
