Question No. 12:

Bulgaria is the second European country after Iceland in terms of natural mineral and spring water resources. Our country is also rich in underground mineral waters; if their total flow rate were added up, it could exceed the volume of all bottled water in the world! There are about 200 known deposits with over 520 mineral springs in Bulgaria. Many of our cities were built in specific locations precisely because of the presence of a mineral spring. Upon their arrival on the Balkan Peninsula in the 1st century CE, the Romans began to intensively build baths with healing water near natural mineral springs. Majestic buildings were erected, which they named Asclepieia in honor of Asclepius—the god of medicine.

Hint for Question No. 12:

You should NOT list the settlements whose coats of arms or emblems feature a symbol of a body of water—such as a sea, lake, reservoir, or river.
There MUST be a symbol for a mineral spring, and we have illustrated this in the question with some of the coats of arms of Bulgarian municipalities. Note the coat of arms of the capital, Sofia, which features an image of Apollo Medicus, symbolizing the healing springs in the city.
