The Sofia University Library St. Kliment Ohridski is the largest academic library in Bulgaria. It has created 15 digital collections accessible online. The library also maintains an extremely valuable collection of Slavic manuscripts in the Zograf Electronic Research Library, which is only available offline. This paper covers the process of creating and organizing the collections, as well as the policy for selecting library resources to be included in them.
