Application procedure
In accordance with Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1524 of October 11, 2018, on the basis of Art. 58, para. 1 of the ZEU and in accordance with established internal rules in the Association "Center of Excellence "Heritage BG"", the following procedure for considering signals has been determined: Reports filed under the Electronic Government Act (EGLA) for violations of the requirements for accessibility of the content of the website of the CoE are submitted to the official responsible or sent through a licensed postal operator or electronically to the address of the CoE coe@nasledstvo.bg . The report is considered within a period of up to one month from its receipt, and the response is also prepared within the same period, which contains a description of the actions taken and measures to remedy the accessibility violation and the period in which the said accessibility violations will be eliminated, or reasoned refusal, in cases where the request is considered unfounded and illegal. When the reported person has provided an e-mail address, the response is sent, signed with a certificate of qualified electronic signature, and in other cases – on paper, to the address specified in the signal. When an incorrect or non-existent address is provided, the information is deemed to have been received from the date it was sent. According to Art. 60a of the Law on Law, the control over the compliance of the content of the internet pages and mobile applications with the accessibility requirements under Art. 58c of the ZEU, is carried out by the Minister of Electronic Government (MEG).
In case the Association "Center of Excellence "Heritage BG"": 1. did not respond to the signal within the above term or 2. does not take the measures to remedy the accessibility violation specified in the response to the signal the citizen or the organization that filed the report can file a complaint with the Minister of e-Government (MEG)
